The coffee was delicious! Cute shop inside and the owner was a sweet heart. He told us some really cool stories about the Dodgers and I loved hearing it. Next time I'm here I will be back.

What a fun eclectic location in Cannon Beach. Sleepy Monk has both inside ordering and a window where orders can be picked up. Great for dog lovers. Expect to find many furry friends in the lawn area. Plenty of Adirondack chairs and picnic areas. Love the warm woods inside. Staff is friendly and drinks were perfectly flavored and sweetened. I ordered a chai and husband ordered a latte.

Quaint coffee shop! The service is top knotch and so was my coffee! Would definitely stop here again!

The rest of my family we're having crêpes in Cannon Beach as I don't like crêpes I went on a search for something different. I stumbled upon the sleepy monk and I'm sure glad I did. They have delicious strong, coffee, and yummy bagels and other pastries. I ordered the cheddar bacon bagel with sun-dried tomato cream cheese. The bagel was soft but toasted perfectly. The cream cheese was delicious. Would highly recommend. You order inside at the counter and pick up outside at the pick up window outside. There can be long lines at times, but if you hit it at the right time , it's not too bad. Still would be worth the wait anytime.

Being one of the only places open at 8am in the morning at Cannon Beach means you get an early try for coffee since my wife needs it to function. Quite the line up, prior to opening, lets you know that the locals live this place as well. I had a hot chocolate, great by the way, and my wife had the Druids Delight (an Americano). The pastures were amazing as well... we each had a bacon and blue cheese scone which were delicious and then I have a toasted bagel with salmon mousse and my wife had a berry turnover. All the pastries were amazing. The shop itself is cute as well, definitely be a nice place to visit in the summer and hang out outside at.

We stopped in, our friends love it here. Pretty busy, coffee was good and we sat outside with our dogs while we enjoyed our coffee. Service was friendly.

When I walked in the place was bustling with people inside and outside drinking their Joe's. Figured this might be a good sign.. went inside and ordered a café latte. Smooth, rich flavor, not overly acidic and good undertones.. and as I sat inside, enjoying my coffee, they have a nice big display case with coffees from around the world. So I decided to grab a bag. It was priced or appropriately, and the staff struck up a conversation and were so nice and thanked me for my business. Definitely glad I stopped for my 2nd cup of coffee and I can't wait to give the Ugandan dark roast a try when I get home..

Americano is super fragrant, neither too bitter or acidic. It also went down very smoothly and had a slight sweet undertone. When buying their coffee beans we were told they roast them no more than 48 hours ago. With the quality of the americano we believe that! Was adventurous and tried the sweet mint cold brew w/cream. Was a little worried it would be too minty as it was advertised just as sweet mint, not peppermint. However, it closely resembles the taste of peppermint. It was like a fresh take on peppermint coffee. We do feel like it was a bit more cream than preferred but overall glad we tried it! Lastly we got the Irish cream latte. The Irish cream was very prominent and the coffee flavor was just as good as the americano. We passed by the Coffee shop three times throughout the day, and each time the line was out the door. While still being super busy up until closing, service was super friendly and upbeat. We have yet to try the coffee beans but anticipate they will be great considering the quality of the drinks we got. The coffee beans were $15-16 for a 1 pound bag which is a steal if the quality is good. Since we went right at closing we didn't sit inside to drink but the inside is small yet cozy and super comforting.

This little coffee shop is just two blocks from he entrance to Cannon Beach. We went there on a Saturday morning and there was a long line out on the street! This is always a good sign, it means the coffee and food can't be bad! We had there special coffee the Monk's Decadence and Druid's Delight. Both were delicious! The chocolate whipped cream on top was really amazing! The coffee was so good we even bought a bags of coffee beans to take home. Beyond their coffees, they have fresh pastries baked daily in house. We both got a fresh orange chocolate scone and it was very tasty! Definitely a must try if you are ever in Cannon Beach!
